« The world began without man, and it will end without him »
Claude Lévi-Strauss, Tristes tropiques, 1955
As a synthesis of my Minéralogie Series, this art book shows my research through Roger Caillois and Pierre & Marie Curie passions for mineral stones. Stones, apparently inert objects, make a link up to the world. It can be the fascinating objects, while these fascinations are of different natures. The famous Albert Einstein’s concept, which had an enormous geostrategic influence, has been inserted into these pages, emphasizing the cultural relation humanity have generated with elements, depending of each point of view on our environment.
